    The Role 
    Applications are now open for our Melbourne based Recruitment Graduate Program commencing in January 2020. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are wanting to start a career in education recruitment as part of our a-team!  This is a program designed to give you meaningful work experience and the opportunity to grow and shape your career. Our rotational training academy will have you embedded in agile teams, where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of our business with a focus on education recruitment. We provide the ability to learn, innovate and inspire whilst developing your technical and practical skills. 
    Through six-months of varied exposure and experience working closely with our Education Consultants across the Schools, Early Childhood and Global Recruitment teams, you will develop your customer service, business and recruitment skills.  Successful completion of our program will allow you the opportunity to join one of our high performing teams. 
    Our close links with education will see you working with fellow educators and lifelong learners, delivering outcomes locally while supporting each other across the globe. By connecting with all areas of the organisation, this program provides an opportunity for career growth and success in education recruitment at anzuk.
