    The people and culture team provides enrichment to all other teams at anzuk by organising events, consulting with staff on human resources matters, and providing staffing solutions.

    Andrew Wesley - Head of People, Culture and Office, Melbourne

    Known around the team as Wombat, Andrew leads all things people and culture in our office. Andrew is constantly being challenged and inspired by the complexity and depth of engagement with team members across their journey with anzuk. In his spare time, you will often find Andrew supporting his beloved Carlton Blues.

    Anna Roselanek - Office Manager, London

    Anna is our London Office Manager. Anna ensures the effective running of the office, and oversees our HR, Finance and Compliance functions with efficiency, clarity and with a smile on her face. She is a huge rugby fan, notably of the All Blacks, and she was capped by Poland in her youth. Anna is motivated by meeting targets within tight deadlines and the buzz of working in a team where there is a common goal.

    Lucy Carne - Internal Recruitment and Training Consultant, Melbourne

    Lucy works with everyone in the business from attraction and recruitment, to longer-term training and development opportunities. Through our comprehensive induction and training program, and ongoing staff development, she aims to help team members cultivate their talents and reach their full potential.

    Sheridan McKenzie - People and Culture Officer, Melbourne

    Sheridan has worked at anzuk since 2014, starting in Business Services and transitioning into HR. Sheridan is grateful for the support of her friends in the office and the opportunities she has been given to grow on a professional level. Sheridan not only loves her job but also has an obsession with peanut butter, so much so that she can't have it in the house.
