Special Educational Needs (SEN) Settings

We've been actively recruiting staff for work in a range of special needs settings since 2008.

At anzuk, we don't just place you in a job. We invest in your career. That's why we'll support you with training and development to upskill if you have an interest in special needs settings. We can also help you find a range of roles, including:

  • SEN teaching assistants
  • Support staff, attendant carers and specialised program staff e.g. hydro pool assistants
  • Degree qualified SEN specialist teachers

We are now the recruiter of choice to over 80% of Melbourne’s SEN schools, with a similar focus in future across our global locations. Our client schools cater for students with a range of intellectual, physical and emotional disabilities and have a strong focus on encouraging students to reach their individual potential.

You will often work with small class sizes, always feel well supported and be part of schools that promote a caring environment for students, parents and staff alike.

We look for compassionate, adaptable individuals who strive to always create exceptional experiences in education. Whether you're a graduate teacher, experienced in SEN or have a background in caring for others, we'd love to hear from you!

Professional Development

You don't stop learning once you leave the classroom. anzuk offers ongoing PD sessions to equip you with the skills to be more effective at work, grow and develop your career. All our PD sessions and facilitators are fully accredited, with sessions targeted towards current trends in education.

I really enjoyed working for anzuk and found it so beneficial. I know our paths will cross again. The experience has led to a full time position specialising in students with disabilities.
