Resilience & Stress Management for Educators

Today's workplaces are more complex, dynamic and high-pressured than ever before. In this fast-paced environment, it is critical for all employees to develop the skills to effectively manage the ebbs and flows of workplace pressure. Resilient people perform better at work due to their ability to manage stress and conflict, adapt to challenging situations and learn from experience.
