    A $5 booking fee will be charged on all cancelled registrations.
    Registrations cancelled within 7 days of the event cannot be refunded however can be credited towards another Professional Development session with anzuk within the year.
    No refunds or credits will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours of the event
    Registrations will close strictly 48 hours prior to the event
    Please note that there is a minimum number of registrations required for us to run this event, if this number is not reached, the event will be cancelled and you will be informed 48 hours prior.

    Sarah Hampton

    I’ve been involved in the support and assessment of people with Autism for nearly 20 years. I have a degree in Psychology which focused upon; intellectual disabilities, Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. I followed this up with a Post Graduate Certificate of Education specialising in disability and access to curriculum through literacy programmes. Shortly after I became lead teacher in London for children with ASD in mainstream education and an educator for teachers in this area. In 2004 I became the Director of Outreach Services at Oaklynn Special School in Auckland, New Zealand. I created and delivered training and support to over 400 mainstream teachers. I work very closely with both parents and teachers. My goal is simple to help the Autistic child thrive in a mainstream educational environment whilst making parents feel supported and teachers successful. This approach combines best practice from several disciplines to provide a multi layered approach. I’m passionate about children with ASD attending mainstream schools and work hard to make sure they succeed.
