This position would be suited to a Director who wants an autonomous role with the support of an experienced owner who has a background in Early Childhood. Previous experience as a Centre Manager is essential in this role. Drawing on your extensive experience and passion for the early childhood sector. You'll oversee staffing, policy and regulations as well as develop long lasting relationships with parents and the local community while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care. You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with several years experience as a Director at a similar service. You will also present extensive knowledge of the EYLF, Qikkids program with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies. - Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
