    Customer Care Specialist | Education Recruitment | Geelong

    A great opportunity to join the a-team as a valued Customer Care Specialist, impacting the Education sector in Victoria.


    At anzuk, we place exceptional people in educational settings. We invest in teachers looking for temporary or permanent work, provide search and selection for executive level managers, recruit support staff and supply permanent and casual educators and support staff for schools.

    The Role

    This is an opportunity for a keen, customer focused, administration professional looking to develop their skill set with the potential pathway to grow into a recruitment consultant role. As a crucial part of the Schools Team, you will responsible to deliver to the following:

    • Sourcing, attracting and interviewing educators suitable for client vacancies on a temp, contract and ongoing basis
    • Support the management of a reliable and skilled educator pool
    • Effectively match educators to the needs of all clients to support the team to manage temp placement bookings
    • Work closely with consultants to short-list suitable educators for permanent placements based on vacancy criteria
    • Partner with educators and schools to ensure all needs are always understood and met  

    Skills + Experience

    • A team player committed to anzuk culture and core values
    • A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
    • Excellent telephone and verbal skills
    • Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
    • Prior experience in recruitment or a customer relationship focused role preferred
    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • A current Working with Children Check (volunteer)
