    Diploma Educator OR Certificate III

    Small non-profit, community run Centre in Rozelle area. 10% above award salary. Small service with experienced staff who are well over ratio.


    The Centre
    anzuk Education is currently working with an excellent not for profit community based service who have been in the community for 20 years. They are seeking a passionate full-time Diploma education for their small- medium sized centre in the Rozelle area. The team, including the Director are very longstanding and supportive. They work together to create a fantastic environment for all. 

    The opportunity 

    This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic non-profit service renowned for high quality care. The centre is staffed well above ratio ensuring all staff have time off the floor when necessary, reducing workload. The educators work together to support the room leader in all aspects of planning. You will be offered wages above award (10% above) and a monthly RDO. You will work across all rooms to strengthen your knowledge and experience. You will have some say in where you work, depending on your preference.  

    Who you'll be
    As the ideal Educator, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You'll have experience working in early childhood and have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be passionate about providing education and care of the highest standard to children. The successful educator will be rewarded with an excellent working environment, continual support from management, as well as career progression opportunities.

    The ideal educator for this position will hold;

    • Diploma in Children's Services OR experienced cert III
    • Working with children card
    • Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis
