anzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a small, well resourced Early Learning Centre in the inner Northern suburbs. The service is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children. Your role as an assistant educator will be to help assist the team within the Pre-kinder room to run an exceptional program for the 22 children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills and be looking to engage with families and develop meaningful relationships with children. Due to the nature of the service, you must also be passionate about being part of something more than just the centre and enjoy engaging with the local community. To apply for this role, you will have ideally had at least 2 years experience in a similar role and must have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You will The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
