Early Childhood Teacher required to run a Kindergarten program in the 3-4 YO room at this non for profit service in the Bayside area

anzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a small, well resourced early learning Centre in the Elsternwick area. This Centre is highly regarded in the area and are known for their high quality of care, their low staff turnover and their cultural diversity. The service is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.
Your role as Early Childhood Teacher will be to design an exceptional program for the 15 children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills and be looking to engage with families and develop meaningful relationships with children. Due to the nature of the service, you must also be passionate about being part of something more than just the centre and enjoy engaging with the local community. A passionate Early Childhood Teacher who may either be a graduate, or have 10+ years experience. What matters more than anything is your motivations for working in childcare. You may also be an Educator who is currently completing their Bachelor of Early Childhood and are ready to take the next step towards becoming a Teacher. - Experience is preferred, but graduates and those currently studying are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with co-workers, families and children
- Good understanding and working knowledge of the EYLF
- Passionate and excited about providing high quality and engaging early learning programs
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent) or currently working towards
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
