Kindergarten Teacher | Albert Park area
Kindergarten Teacher required to run a Kindergarten program in the 4-5YO room at this highly regarded centre in the inner suburbs.
anzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a medium, well resourced early learning Centre situated around Albert Park. This Centre is highly regarded in the area and are known for their high quality of care, their low staff turnover and their cultural diversity. The service is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.
Your role as the Kindergarten Teacher will be to design an exceptional program for the 20 children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills with families and be able to develop meaningful relationships with children. Due to the nature of the service, you must also be passionate about being part of something more than just the centre and enjoy engaging with the local community. You'll be rewarded with set shifts and ongoing professional development, career progression opportunities and 6 weeks annual leave.
This is a permanent full time position with the ideal candidate able to start as soon as possible.
To apply for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent. You may be a new graduate, or have 10+ years experience. What matters more than anything is your motivations for working in childcare. Ideally you will have experience of running a kinder age group although the service will consider new graduates who have ran rooms before. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
