    Room leader | Community based -NPF | St Kilda area

    Experienced Room Leader required to deliver a quality education program. Above award pay and conditions including fortnightly RDO.


    The Centre 


    Our client is a highly regarded, small community based non-for-profit centre located near St Kilda, renowned for its commitment to the local community, it’s very low staff turnover and fantastic management team. It is a few minutes’ walk from public transport so would suit somebody either on public transport or driving.

    The Opportunity

    The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced Diploma Room Leader who wants to progress their career within the centre. You will be able to support and mentor junior staff and work within a collaborative team culture. You will take a lead on documentation, developing a child focused program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an extremely supportive centre where you will receive a fortnightly RDO and enticing hourly rates. anzuk have supported this service for a number of years and it is clear to see their existing team have a fantastic culture, a real team focus throughout.
     
    The Candidate 

    You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.  

    As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

    • Diploma in Children's Services 
    • Working with children card
    • Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
