At anzuk, we specialise in casual replacement and permanent roles in early childhood settings.
We look for enthusiastic, confident educators who strive to always create exceptional experiences every day. Whether you’re new to the early childhood environment, more experienced or returning to work we’d love to hear from you!
We are proud to provide Early Childhood Teachers with casual opportunities across VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and WA
To become an Early Childhood Educator, you need to gain a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Certificate III Educators are great additions to Early Childhood settings.
We support educators who are studying for an Early Childhood degree to find casual work (placement and reference requirements still need to be maintained).
We have a range of roles across the country for Diploma qualified Early Childhood educators. This is a great path for those educators looking to work and learn across multiple services.
You get treated as a person, not a number. When discussing availability of work, everything that was said has been true. I have a no stress, enjoyable workspace working with anzuk.
Probably one of the best (if the best) agencies and companies to be a part of! The Inner South East team have been nothing short of fantastic and really helped me throughout my tenure at ANZUK Education. I have always been sent to wonderful centres with a great culture and the work has been smooth. Not only was I helped with getting shifts as a casual Early Childhood Teacher, Steph got me connected to Justine who is part of the permanent role team. They took care of everything, including training me for the interview and helped me secure the role. All in all, it is a great team to be a part of!
I’ve had such an amazing experience as a Casual ECE worker with ANZUK so far. My consultant does her best to find jobs close to my home so that I’m not having to take long commutes each day. The majority of the jobs I’ve had so far are within 10-20 mins walking distance or a short tram or train ride away. I love ANZUK because it gives me the flexibility to work my life around my own lifestyle and interests. I get regular work but I love that I can choose my own days to work so it’s ideal if I ever need a day to run errands or want to go on a trip. I much prefer not stressing about annual leave/sick pay like I used to with my previous jobs.
I have been working as a casual early childhood educator for ANZUK since 2021 and I only have positives to say about the agency and the team. I’ve always felt respected, valued and supported by the lovely team. They are always available and happy to help the educators.
Anzuk offers me a great work-life balance because I receive my shifts in advance and I can choose the days I want to work. The wages are great and the payment is always on time!
After being in the Early Childhood industry for over 25 years as an ECT I had decided to retire from this position and do some casual work so I could stay in the industry I love but with less pressure. I joined ANZUK Education in April 2021 and it was a very good decision. They have been amazing to work for and are extremely professional in everything they do. The girls are always available for any questions I have and if not their response time is quick. They are there for me as a professional and work to get the best outcome for their educators. I love the flexibility the app gives me to choose my availability and how easy it is to operate. I would highly recommend ANZUK to anyone wanting to work casually in the Education industry.
