Your role as the Assistant Director/ Educational Leader will require you to support and guide the team in regard to compliance and best practice. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained.
We are looking for a “people person” leader who shows initiative, professionalism and ability to build, manage and grow a team of passionate and inspiring educators. The ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience as Room Leader and previous experience as Ed Leader, demonstrating an ability to mentor, guide and share your knowledge of the EYLF.
You will have excellent communication skills, strong focus on being hands on with the team and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.

- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Right to work in Australia
- Assistant Director experience or 4+ years of experience as Room leader.
