The Opportunity The Ideal Director
As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations. This position would be suited to a Director who wants an autonomous role with the support of a well known organisation. Previous experience as Centre Manager is essential in this role. You, as the manager, will be offered excellent support and professional development as well as a culture that promotes excellent working relationships. In addition, there are career progression opportunities with this well established organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a Centre Director role, demonstrating an ability to lead and manage all aspects of the daily running of the service. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability engage families as well as working and reporting to a member of the management team. - Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Right to work in Australia
- A minimum 2 to 3 years experience as a Centre Director in the large service.
