The Centre 
This state-of-the-art centre is excellently resourced with a supportive owner and director. The centre is located around Waterford area and has onsite parking. This centre is a family-oriented environment which is heavily involved in the community. The centre boasts some fantastic resources and has a strong focus on use of natural resources and promotes sustainability. 

The Opportunity
In this full time, permanent role, you'll be working two other educators in the 3-5 room to provide a rich and fun education program. Due to the centre being highly staffed, workload is significantly reduced, and the work hours can be flexible. Additionally, the director promotes regular professional development as well as receiving excellent rates of pay, 6 weeks annual leave and bi monthly ECT networking meetings.

The Ideal Teacher
To apply for this role, you will have had experience working in a childcare centre and must have a bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. In addition, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis 
  • Blue Card
