SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 for Primary School

Looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to support a student 1:1 with SEN needs. Full time position.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to support the learning of students at a primary School based in Waltham Forest. The school prides themselves on their gentle approach to behaviour and going above and beyond to deliver a great education for their students. The school is a 2 form entry, Ofsted Outstanding school. Located in a great central hub with great transport links.

Closest Stations - Walthamstow Central, Blackhorse Road & Leyton. 

The Role
It is to start as soon as possible in a KS1 classroom. You will be supporting the classroom teacher in day to day tasks and responsibilities while working with a child with SEN needs. The right candidates for this position will have an ability to build relationships with children from varying backgrounds in a KS1 classroom. You will be sometimes required 1:1. 

Salary
PAYE or Umbrella rates between £85 - £105 per day. 

Key Skills
No experience is necessary, but any suitable background in working with children is advantageous. Key skills include a positive attitude, resilience and the ability to build rapport with students.
