Teaching Assistants (Special Needs) - Immediate Start - Bristol

anzuk are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work with students within an alternative provision

anzuk* Bristol are pleased to announce that we are a preferred supplier for a large Multi Academy Trust - Cabot Learning Federation. The trust has schools across Bristol and North Somerset, and we are searching for Primary and Secondary Teachers as well as support staff to build our talent pool for the trust.

anzuk* are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in one of the MAT's Specialist provisions on a full time basis.

The role will involve working with students that have been removed from mainstream education, supporting these students both academically and with social behaviours.

You will be required to shaparone students both on site and for offsite activities and appointments so having access to a car is a must.

The ideal applicant will:

  • Have a full clean driving licence, access to car and be willing to apply for the relevant insurance 
  • Have experience working with vulnerable students 
  • Be flexible and adaptable 
  • Be a role model 
  • Be able to build strong relationships with students and team members
