Our team specialises in providing talented educators across all subject areas. From short term contracts to ongoing opportunities in all educational settings including faith based and Independent schools.
We take the workload
We understand that after a full day of teaching the last thing you want to do is start job hunting and writing applications. We take care of the heavy lifting and submit the application on your behalf. No cover letters required , and no Key Selection Criteria (for Independent and Catholic Schools).
Access to exclusive roles
Independent and faith based schools are under no legal obligation to advertise their vacancies, meaning it's quite common for them to ask us to source suitable educators for them, without advertising themselves. Registering with us gives you exclusive access to these positions.
Negotiation around loads/methods
We know a lot of teachers are hesitant to apply directly for jobs because they don't fit perfectly into what they're looking for. We speak directly to the decision makers, quite often these things are easily fixed for the right person.
Key Selection Criteria help (for regional)
We have a dedicated team of consultants that focus purely on helping regional schools, and schools which fall under the TFI banner. These schools often require applicants to include Key Selection Criteria - a daunting task. Our consultants (ex teachers themselves) are on hand to help guide you through this.
Interview preparation
We've been around a while now, and we know the different types of questions likely to be asked at a variety of different schools. We sit down with you and take as much time as necessary to help fine tune answers and help give you the skillset needed to be as confident as possible in the interview
