School Principal (Pre-School & Early Years)

Our client school is a leading international education group headquartered in Singapore, operating 120 schools across 11 countries and educating more than 20,000 students globally. They are seeking an experienced School Principal to lead one of their established early years campuses, serving children aged 18 months to 6 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of the school.
- Lead curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Manage, coach, and develop teaching and support staff.
- Ensure excellence in safeguarding, student wellbeing, and parent engagement.
- Drive enrolment growth, community relationships, and school marketing initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and head office teams.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
- Minimum 5 years’ school leadership experience.
- 8-10 years’ teaching experience within Early Years and/or Primary education.
- International school experience preferred, particularly within Asia.
- Experience with the UK Curriculum and/or inquiry-based learning approaches.
- Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, child-centred leader with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Salary & Benefits
