Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of the Middle School Science curriculum.
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and student outcomes across the department.
Coach, mentor, and support Science teachers through observation, feedback, and professional development.
Monitor curriculum planning, assessment, moderation, and data analysis practices.
Manage department resources, budgeting, and operational requirements.
Foster collaboration within the department and across the wider school.
Maintain strong communication with parents, students, and school leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and recognised teaching qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience in Science.
Proven experience in curriculum leadership or leading teams.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and effective pedagogy.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to whole-child education and active participation in school life.

Competitive salary (approx. RMB 318,000-431,000 before tax, plus leadership allowance)
