The School 
 
Founded in 2007, this school has become one of China’s leading bilingual and international schools. In four of the last five years the school has been ranked as the top bilingual school in China by the Hurun report and in 2023 Forbes ranked the school as the top international school in China.
 
The school has just over 1600 students spread over Primary (Y1-5), Middle (Y6-8) and High School (Y9-12) campuses. The school offers a unique Y1-12 educational programme that integrates the Chinese National Curriculum with international curricula which culminates with the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme. Requirements 
 
The school is looking for educators who can engage and inspire students, have a curiosity to learn and develop, and have a passion for working with young people. 

• Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. 
• Experience teaching in international/bilingual school settings preferred. 
• Deep understanding of the relevant subject content and familiarity with current trends in education  
• Ability to develop an instructional programme to meet the needs, interests and abilities of students with recognition of the school’s multi-cultural environment 
• Commitment to students: the ability to encourage and support students in both academic and personal matters, with a focus on character development 
• Communication skills: the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds 
• Dedication: Team players who will contribute to the school’s goals and mission
