anzuk Surrey is seeking a Part-Time Administrator in a school in Staines Upon Thames to join their team in October 2023. The school is part of a supportive multi-academy trust, who is keen to welcome you into a creative and community-based school which is value driven. The school has a real focus on collegiality and staff wellbeing.

The role:

  • Part-time role, starts in October 2023
  • Can be flexible - working hours are 24 hours per week between Monday and Friday
  • Provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the College Office
  • Process reprographic requests for teaching and support staff
  • Provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the College Office
  • Maintain confidentiality in and outside of the workplace
The ideal Administrator will:
  • Maintain confidentiality in and outside of the workplace
  • Be flexible and have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues
  • Carry out administrative and/or support activities to contribute to the smooth running the office
  • Competent in a range of IT tools
