anzuk are working with a school in to recruit a Secondary Female PE Teacher to start in October 2023


anzuk Surrey is seeking a Female PE Teacher to cover a maternity leave post in a school in Staines Upon Thames to join their team in October 2023. The school is part of a supportive multi-academy trust, who is keen to welcome you into a creative and community-based school which is value driven. The school has a real focus on collegiality and staff wellbeing.
  
The role:

  • Starts at the end of October and Full-Time
  • Teaching PE at KS3/KS4/KS5 level
  • An inspiring coach who can bring various sports to life through interactive and inclusive lessons
  • A role model who fosters a positive sporting environment, promoting fair play, respect, and discipline
  • Work well in a team, contributing ideas and supporting faculty/department procedures
The ideal female PE teacher will:
  • Hold a teaching qualification (with QTS) or equivalent
  • Be a confident user of IT as a teaching tool
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate well to students and adults
  • Ability to make effective use of data and develop timely and relevant intervention strategies to promote student progress
  • Energy, enthusiasm, determination and an insistence on high standards
