ICT Teacher needed asap for a great school in Somerset, full and part time


anzuk are currently looking for a qualified ICT teacher who is passionate about teaching the subject & have a commitment to students' individual learning and well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a great Secondary School in Somerset. The role to start asap until Christmas initially as the school will be re-advertising for a January start (successful cover applicants will be encourage to apply). The school will consider full time of part time options. 

The successful educator will have the following attributes:  

  • An up-to-date working knowledge of the ICT curriculum, ideally at KS3 - KS4 with an understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies
  • Ability to consistently deliver a high level of teaching
  • Ability to effectively communicate with young people, parents, carers and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and resilient nature
  • Genuine passion for ICT as well as student learning and well-being 
  • A relevant teaching qualification
