We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner on behalf of our client, a well-established early years education centre. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on young lives and contribute to their educational journey.

Job Description: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and educating children in their crucial early years. You will work closely with children aged 0-5 years, providing a safe and stimulating environment for their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities to promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe and record children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this).
