Job Description: We are currently seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our passionate and dynamic team in Mitcham on a 32-hour per week basis. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 in our a lovely nursery in Hackbridge. You will work closely with other team members to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote children's development across all areas.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Contribute to creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Support the planning and organization of special events and activities.
• Adhere to all safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
• DBS clearance (Enhanced).
• Paediatric First Aid certification (desirable).
