anzuk are looking for passionate Nursery Assistants to work in one of our lovely childcare settings in South East London. As a Qualified Nursery Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the needs of children from 6 months to 5 years on a day to day and contractual basis.

Candidates must have the following:

Childcare qualification NVQ2 or equivalent with placement experience
Paediatric First Aid certificate
Understand the importance of Safeguarding and how to report concerns, accidents and incidents
Good understanding of planning & record keeping
Have a caring and engaging approach

Your responsibilities include:

Be able to support the team to meet their goals
Follow nursery policies and procedures. Keep detailed records of attendance, food allergies etc
Follow EYFS in a child lead environment
Building rapport with children, staff and parents
Ability to take directions from the room leader or manager
