Anzuk Education are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for well established Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in North West London!

We are working with lots of schools around North-West area that have lots of work for SEN teaching assistants to help primary and secondary schools.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: North West Schools
Contract: Full-Time/Part-Time
Day rate: Min £90

Your Impact:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement tailored learning experiences for students with SEN.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and included.
Adapt and create resources to meet the individual learning styles and requirements of students with SEN.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as needed.
Assist with behaviour management strategies and ensure a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students overcome challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, resilience, and adaptability.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
An Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one
