We are urgently seeking a dedicated Secondary Teaching assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school located in the heart of Ruislip.

Position: Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Ruislip
Contract: Full-Time/Long Term
Day rate: Min £85

Your Impact:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support with classroom management and behavior management.
Contribute to the development of educational resources.
Assist in assessing student progress and reporting findings to teachers.
Offer guidance and support during extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant/classroom assistant.
