Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities   

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND needs
  • Encourage and inspire children to learn and provide support to help them achieve their highest potential
  • Use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learning
  • Be an excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying the school's core principle of kindness
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment 
  • Be a positive, open-minded professional who actively supports the ethos, vision and values of the school
Salary 
PAYE rates start from £85 per day.
