Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the classroom teacher to provide support for primary school students
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and positive behavior
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers, and community members to create a holistic and supportive educational experience for all students
The Ideal candidate will:
  • Have demonstrated experience working with primary school students
  • Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
  • Have a passion for education and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Be a reflective and engaging educator with the drive to make a positive difference in children's lives
  • Be punctual and organised
  • Be able to build rapport with students and staff easily, cultivating a community with strong core values
  • Hold the appropriate degree, UK QTS or equivalent and a valid right to work in the UK
