    The right fit for you

Surrey is a true gem in England’s crown, with a proud reputation as one of the UK’s prettiest and most affluent counties.  It is ideally located on London’s doorstep, with easy access to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports and some of the South East’s major roads.  Surrey very much carries a country feel, with a good deal of woodland and country parks.

    Steeped in History

Surrey is surrounded in history at every turn of its extensive network of footpaths and bridleways.  Visit important country houses such as Tudor Mansion built in the 1560s, Clandon Park; a Palladian mansion and 17th century Ham House (above).

    County of Culture

Surrey has been the setting for some of England’s finest (and not-so-fine!) cultural moments, H.G. Wells’ Sci-Fi classic was set in Surrey, as was Jane Austin’s novel Emma. The cottage in the movie The Holiday is in the quaint village of Shere.
