This is a specialist international school in Singapore that provides an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students aged 5-18. The school is dedicated to empowering neurodiverse learners and students who may not thrive in traditional educational settings, recognising and celebrating their individual strengths, creativity and perspectives.
Students are supported through a structured, nurturing and student-centred approach that fosters confidence, independence and personal growth. Teaching practices are grounded in empathy, patience and high expectations, ensuring every student feels understood, valued and capable of success.
By creating a safe and inclusive environment, the school enables students to build self-belief, develop their unique talents and find their voice.

Role
You encourage students to explore and express how they see the world through artistic practice. Through dynamic teaching and creative exploration, you invite students to experiment, take creative risks and develop resilience as they practise and refine new skills. Your passion for art makes you an engaging teacher. You bring your own artistic expertise and curiosity, helping shape an inspiring arts programme that encourages experimentation, creative thinking and individual voice. Art extends well beyond paint on paper. Students explore a wide range of materials and techniques including clay, photography, digital media, printmaking, textiles, woodwork and mixed media. You play a key role in nurturing curiosity and creativity while remaining sensitive and responsive to the different ways students learn. You are open to new ideas and approaches to learning. Collaboration with colleagues and interdisciplinary thinking help enrich the creative experiences students encounter across the school.
