Founded in 1995, AISHK is a leading Reception (K2) to Year 12 co-educational day school offering a high-quality Australian curriculum in a vibrant international setting. With 1,200 students from over 25 nationalities, this is the only school in Hong Kong delivering the Australian curriculum on an Australian school year cycle.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding and values-driven leader to join the Primary Leadership Team. Reporting to the Head of Primary and Head of School, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across student wellbeing, pastoral care, staff development, and community engagement, ensuring that school culture, policy, and practice align with the school’s vision, values, and strategic direction.
The Deputy Head will model exemplary professional practice, promote a positive and inclusive school culture, and foster strong relationships between students, staff, families, and the wider community.
