School Principal (Pre-School and Early Years)

This International Education Group is headquartered in Singapore with 120 schools in over 11 countries. Together these schools provide high quality education to over 20,000 students globally. Over the last 26 years, the school group has been at the forefront of international education offering innovative pre-schools and K-12 schools across Asia.
This role is at one of group’s Pre-schools, with students aged 18 months to 6 years old.
What are we looking for
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 8 to 10 years of teaching experience, working with preschool and primary children
- International experience, especially in Asia, is highly valued and preferred
- Experience in UK curriculum is preferred, and/or an inquiry-based curriculum
- A leader who regards the child as the first and singularly most important consideration.
- A resilient leader with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- A self-starter who is able to think on your feet and work under pressure.
- A people leader with the charisma to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
