The Head of PE and Sports is an outstanding leader, responsible for the overall standards of teaching and learning in the department area and sports provision across the school. This person is not only an exceptional teacher, but also is committed to the school values and philosophy in creating a bilingual, bicultural learning environment. This person communicates effectively with their team and creates a positive environment for staff to flourish and for students to learn.
 
Who We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified teacher with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, and previous experience managing a team.
• Substantial experience in teaching and operation management of international courses or Chinese Curriculum courses.
• All Subject Leaders should be masters within their Subject knowledge and application.
• Be flexible to the demands and requirements of the school and ever changing and evolving education dynamics which is a Bilingual School in China.
• Active thinking, broad vision and understanding of international education.
• Love education, strong sense of responsibility and good teaching philosophy.
• Good organization, coordination, communication and management skills.
• The ability to be innovative
