Gippsland Grammar is seeking an inspiring and highly accomplished educational leader to join our Garnsey Campus as Head of Learning. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate educator to lead curriculum excellence, champion high-quality teaching practice, and play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture across our Senior Campus.
As a member of our senior academic team, the Head of Learning works closely with the Deputy Principal and Heads of Campus to ensure our curriculum is future-focused, evidence-based, and aligned with Gippsland Grammar’s commitment to academic care, innovation, and student wellbeing.
This role attracts a monetary allowance (4% of Level 9) and a 0.8 FTE time-release, recognising its significance and scope.
About the Role
The Head of Learning (Garnsey) leads the development, evaluation and enhancement of learning and teaching across Years 7–12. You will guide staff in curriculum planning, assessment, reporting and pedagogical practice, ensuring that every student is supported to grow, achieve and thrive.
