The Senior School Head of English as an Additional Language (EAL) plays a vital role in leading quality learning within the EAL Department. This position is responsible for curriculum leadership, setting direction, and managing staff and resources to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. The Head of EAL maintains a clear vision and purpose, sets high expectations for staff and students, and fosters supportive environments that promote engagement, achievement, and success.
Senior School Mathematics Teachers
Seeking multiple Senior School Mathematics Teachers to deliver rigorous and inspiring mathematics programs across the Senior School. These roles focus on planning and implementing engaging lessons, differentiating instruction, and preparing students for SACE assessments. Strong pedagogical knowledge, intercultural understanding, and a commitment to student growth are essential.
Junior School English as an Additional Language (EAL) Specialist
The Junior School EAL Specialist plays a key role in supporting young learners to develop English proficiency and confidence. Working closely with classroom teachers, the specialist designs and delivers engaging, differentiated lessons that meet diverse learning needs. This position requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early language acquisition, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes growth and success.
Academic qualifications
• Registration as a teacher in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, Eire, the USA or equivalent internationally recognised teacher registration.
• Relevant undergraduate degree in teaching
• Postgraduate and additional academic qualifications will be favourably considered
