The Opportunity
Working closely with the Founder, Board and Senior Leadership Team, the Principal will:

• Provide clear, values-led strategic leadership
• Strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes
• Build leadership capability across the school
• Lead key improvement initiatives and future strategy
• Strengthen engagement with families and the wider community

The Leader We Seek
This role requires a leader with a genuine and demonstrated commitment to inclusive education, gained through direct experience in neurodiverse and/or special education settings.
You will bring:

• Significant leadership experience in SEN, special education or neurodiverse-focused schools
• A strong track record of improving outcomes for diverse learners (academic, social and emotional)
• Expertise in inclusive practice, differentiated teaching and integrated support models
• Experience leading in environments where therapy, wellbeing and learning are interconnected
• The ability to lead in complex, adaptive, and non-standard school contexts
