Requirements

• Fully qualified with a recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject specialism
• Experience teaching to post-16 level (ideally including IGCSE and IBDP)
• Demonstrated record of strong student outcomes and high-quality teaching practice
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire students
• Commitment to high expectations, academic excellence and internationally minded education
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, monitoring and reporting
• Willingness to contribute to IB requirements (e.g. CAS, EE, TOK) and wider academic frameworks
• Enthusiasm for contributing to co-curricular activities (e.g. MUN, public speaking, leadership, music, art, sport, enrichment programmes)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Commitment to pastoral responsibilities and safeguarding best practice
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to school life
• Willingness to engage fully in meetings, professional development and the wider life of the school
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and organisational skills
