The School
 
This school is the only international school in Wuxi authorised by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer programmes from kindergarten through high school. As an IB World Continuum School, it delivers the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). In addition, the school is accredited by WASC and authorised by the American College Board to offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

Requirements

• Qualified and certified teachers with a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience
• IB curriculum experience preferred; a strong inquiry-based teaching approach is essential
• Passionate, dedicated educators who share the school’s belief in the transformative power of education
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and professional
• Previous teaching experience in Asia is an advantage

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from approx RMB 20,000 to RMB 35,000 (before tax)
• Housing allowance: RMB 6,000 per month for teachers with families; RMB 4,000 for single teachers
