Requirements
- Fully qualified with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience teaching the relevant age group and raising student achievement
- Confident using ICT and data to support learning outcomes
- Experience creating engaging learning environments and contributing to school life (including extracurriculars)
- Ideally experienced with EAL students, IGCSE/A Level teaching, and/or international or British education systems
- Strong teaching skills that improve student achievement
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage change, work under pressure, and collaborate within teams
- Capable of inspiring students and staff, and managing student behaviour positively
- Knowledge of child development, positive discipline, and goal-setting for student success
- Skilled in engaging with students and families while prioritising child safety
- Acts as a role model with strong integrity, professionalism, and adherence to the school’s code of conduct
- Motivated, collaborative, and empathetic, with a genuine commitment to staff and student wellbeing
