Are you an experienced English specialist with a passion for education? Are you looking for a temporary role to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an English Teacher to join a fast-paced and dynamic secondary school team in from April 15th to May 10th.

This is a temporary position to cover a planned absence leave. As such, we require a dedicated individual to cover KS4 English lessons on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience teaching English to KS4 students
  • Passion for education and student success
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have an understanding of inclusion and making the curriculum accessible
  • Be able to communicate effectively with both children and staff
  • Be resilient and able to manage personal well-being in a demanding environment
  • Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate, positive relationships and boundaries with students
