Computer Science Teacher

The School: 
We are partnering with a successful comprehensive secondary school based in near Purley. The school is committed to changing lives and ensuring that every child thrives during their time with them. They are looking for an inspirational Computer Science teacher for a full-time position to start after April 2024.

Salary: Daily rate or pay between £182.40 – £279.68 (Umbrella) – PAYE options also available

The Role: 

• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons to KS3, KS4 and KS5: Create and implement dynamic lesson plans that inspire and challenge students
• Knowledge of programming and coding
• Undertake planning, marking and assessment of student work, reporting back to colleagues and parents
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. 

The Ideal Teacher: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant academic qualifications.
• Computer Science experience required.  
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
