Our aim is to have the right educators in the right roles at the right time. To do so, we want to work with every UK unqualified Teacher that is motivated capable of progressing education in the Bristol area. Here is a list of a few of the successful roles unqualified teachers are currently working;

  • Key-Stage 3&4 Modern Foreign Languages Teacher
  • Key-Stage 3&4 English Teacher
  • Key-Stage 3&4 Computer Science Teacher
  • Key-Stage 3&4 Mathematics Teacher
  • Key-Stage 3&4 Physical Education
  • General Supply Teacher for Day-to-Day illness and sickness

Mandatory Requirements for Unqualified Teacher: 

  • A valid right to work in the UK 
  • Live within 1 Hour Driving Distance
  • Previous experience in teaching 
  • Hold the appropriate degree or equivalent
  • Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one

The ideal Unqualified Teacher will:

  • Be punctual and organised
  • Be able to embrace a wide range of learning tools to further students’ work
  • Be flexible and available for work (1-5 days a week)
  • Develop relationships with staff members, students and parents
  • Maintain professional standards at all times
  • Follow school’s behaviour management policies
  • Adhere to high levels of conduct and communication standards at all times
  • Be happy to give and receive feedback
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications
  • Hold valid UK right to work
