Your responsibilities as a Class Teacher:
- Establish and oversee a nurturing, encouraging, and engaging atmosphere that fosters children’s learning effectively
- Develop lesson plans to deliver the National Curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage and balance across all subjects
- Set clear teaching goals and learning objectives, incorporating suitable challenges and maintaining high expectations for student achievement
- Uphold school policies in day-to-day activities, ensuring their seamless integration into daily practice
- Nurture open communication and engage in meetings with parents and relevant agencies, actively contributing to the educational journey of the students
We need you as a Class Teacher if you:
- Are an excellent teacher with high expectations for all students
- Possess the drive, determination, and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding teaching and learning
- Create a happy and motivational learning environment for every child to thrive
- Have strong interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively as part of a team
- Hold a valid DBS and QTS with up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum
