anzuk is collaborating with a North London based Primary school to find a KS2 Primary Teacher. The successful applicant will be joining a stable teaching team in a two form entry school.
KS2 Primary Teacher Job Description:
- Produce and implement customised lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and behavioural needs of each student in the KS2 class.
- Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Cultivate a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of value, respect, and motivation for all students.
- Maintain transparent communication by regularly providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education.
The Ideal KS2 Primary Teacher:
- Possess a valid teaching certification, such as QTS, to ensure the highest standards of teaching practice
- Demonstrate a track record of successful experience working with primary-aged students with behavioural needs, showcasing your ability to meet the unique challenges of this group.
- Hold a recent and clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Embody patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs.
