In response to our most recent satisfaction survey, many of our educators and staff at schools requested for downloadable resources such as posters to be placed around classrooms to help guide social distancing amongst young pupils!

Some students are finding it difficult to understand the impact of COVID-19 and how this has disrupted play time with their friends, spending time indoors with groups and suddenly keeping a close check on hygiene. This can also have a huge hinderance on mental health & wellbeing. Our experienced in-house teacher Angeline, and fully trained yoga instructor Dianne, got together to produce an insightful lesson on how to teach mindfulness within the classroom and techniques to guide a safe place in young pupils minds. You can view this valuable session here: Teaching Mindfulness in the classroom.
