      Our robust, milestone driven process is built to provide transparency and clear accountability – it is a process designed with quality and rigour front of mind. We always provide a level of clarity and structure to both the job analysis and candidate assessment components of the search process.
      I have taken on six supply teachers whom I have then offered permanent contracts to. Three of these teachers went on to Senior Leadership posts with our school.
